The Turner's Arms is situated along West End Road, on the outskirts of the English country village of Mortimer in Berkshire, between Reading & Basingstoke. The Turners Arms was originally three cottages, one of which was a Wood Turner's, hence the origin of the pub's name. We have a large car park, wheelchair access, a real fire for the winter months and cooler evenings, plus a good-sized garden for the warmer days where children are welcome. See below for a fuller list of our facilities.

Our real ales are brewed by Brakspear and include Bitter, Oxford Gold and Hobgoblin. We also serve Fosters, Staropramen and Kronenbourg 1664 lagers on tap, Strongbow Cider and Draft Guinness, as well as an excellent selection of wines and a wide range of soft drinks.

The Turners Arms large public bar is the meeting place for many local clubs and societies, such as the Mortimer Scouts, Mortimer West End Cricket Club, and a number of other committees. The restaurant can be reserved for lunch or evening functions given sufficient notice in advance. For further enquiries, please phone us or send us an email.
